I thought back pain & my weak core was normal after 2 C sections. What I learnt about my body working with Ash is mind blowing. We are never told any of this and just sent on our way with a newborn & a huge scar to care for. My core is now the best it has ever been even pre kids!

Before working with Ash, I was wanting to lose weight but not really sticking to anything, using food for comfort & eating out of boredom. I had back pain & zero core strength after having a c-section & previous surgery. I had 1 session with Ash back during covid which in itself helped me a lot & I knew she was the right person for me. My coaching combines evidence-based nutriton, movement and recovery strategies to help you acghieve results that last.

This isn't about perfection.

It's about creating a stronger, healthier verison of you, whilst spinning all the plkates motherhood brings

Limited In-Person Coaching Available

Whilst most of my coaching is delivered online, I also offer a small number of in-person coaching sessions for women who would benefit from hands-on support throughout their recovery journey.

These sessions are ideal if you'd like:

✔️Extra guidance with exercise technique and movement

✔️Greater confidence returning to training after pregnancy

✔️Personal support and accountability in a face-to-face setting
